Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

Portugal: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
