Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

The item must be returned complete, including all accessories and its original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized or made-to-order products, personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or cancelled after production has started, except where they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
